New Year’s Promotion!

Hey all, let’s get right down to it.  The 2012 season of Tokyo Bootcamp is slated to begin on Wednesday, January 11 and we have just a handful of open slots to fill before we get started.

The way our program is designed is you can come once, twice, or three times a week (depending on your schedule, current fitness regimen, and goals), and our job is essentially to make you work hard and get in the best shape of your life.  In as little as a month’s time, we guarantee you will start to feel and see a profound change in your physical and mental health.

For those of you who want a sneak peek at what we do for the bootcamp sessions, please have a look at the short video on our homepage, if you haven’t already done so.  As it says, every bootcamp session is different than previous ones and it is not a walk in the park.  Our goal is to keep things new and exciting, get your body accustomed to a wide range of stimuli, and make you stronger and leaner.

Days: Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday (choose your own schedule)

Time: 6:45am

Location: Ebisu, Tokyo (5 min walk from JR Ebisu Stn. East Exit)

What to bring: drink, yoga mat or large towel, small towel

Some new things for 2012:

8 week packages:  for additional savings to you!
Couples pricing: sometimes you need that extra motivation by your side.  Group pricing for friends is also available 🙂
Once-a-week memberships: for those individuals with a lot of things on their plate, but still want to squeeze in a little bit more

Note: This promotion is valid only until the class is full.  There are no rain checks on this promotion, so once the class is filled up, that’s it, so please act quickly.  A reduced registration fee of 1,000 yen is applicable for the 30 day packages and is fully waived with the purchase of a 60 day package.
