Lead Personal Trainer (Daikanyama, Azabu-Juban): Sam Law
Sam Law is the owner and lead personal trainer of Tokyo Bootcamp, at a facility based in Shibuya, Tokyo. A sought-after coach and fitness expert for the English-speaking population of Tokyo, Sam’s goal is to help people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their health and fitness goals. His specialties are strength training, sports conditioning, and nutrition.
Born in Montreal, Canada, Sam spent his formative years in a small town near Toronto. He discovered his love of fitness late in life, but he has made up for his late start with a drive and passion for learning and reading about all things health and fitness. When he is not busy working out or reading the latest exercise books, he enjoys basketball and tennis, listening to a wide array of music, and all things food. He has lived in Japan for four years.

Personal Trainer (currently on leave): Christian
When he reflects back on the state of his health ten years ago, Christian is amazed at the transformation he has undergone not just physically, but on every level of his being.
Having been an overweight, borderline obese teenager, Christian had many health challenges growing up. Luckily, he found health and fitness, or as he likes to say, it found him, and changed his life in a very drastic way. Through dedication and perseverance, he is now blessed with vibrant health, rarely if ever getting sick, and having more energy than at any other time in his life.
With a background in fitness, Christian has worked in gyms in Australia and now with Tokyo Bootcamp. A qualified personal trainer and nutrition expert, he has written for top fitness magazines such as Oxygen and he was the editor of Loving Earth, a publication for an Australian organic food company.
His interests include research in all areas of health and fitness, with a passion for anti-aging and bodily rejuvenation. With his fitness toolkit and knowledge, he looks forward to helping each and every one of you achieve your goals.
