marc-tokyo-bootcampCoach Marc

Marc holds a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University and is certified as a personal trainer with The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He is the author of “Eat Your Way Back to Health” and also does freelance writing for health and fitness-related blogs and websites.

Marc’s training style centers on functional, compound movements with attention to form at a medium to high intensity – believed to be the most efficient and direct route to transformation – especially for those with limited time. He also contends that exercise, combined with the power of good nutrition, yields the best results.

Marc’s lifelong zeal for athletics and sport has taken him all the way from scoring goals on a NJ high school soccer field, to doing CrossFit along LA’s warm, sunny beaches, to trail running deep in the cool, green mountains of Vancouver, Canada.

For personal training and outdoor training options, please email Marc at contact(at)tokyobootcamp(dot)com or fill out the form on our Personal Training page.
